The Recruitment & Retention Committee will study past data and seek information on successes and failures in keeping players engaged and involved. This information will be used to propose ways to encourage greater participation throughout the county.
- Review feedback from ALL’s Spring 2012 survey.
- Study recent registration data for retention rates at each level of play.
- Research reasons for any notable growth or attrition.
- Include coaches at all levels on plans to improve retention.
- Develop initiatives to increase participation in ALL baseball.
The committee will be chaired by Player Agent Daniel Alvarez and will include Equipment Quartermaster Cathy Gaven and Vice President Frank Buono.
