Calendar & Scheduling Committee

The Calendar & Scheduling Committee will develop a daily operations manual for the organization of the league and communication with parents in 2012 and beyond.  Specific tasks and questions for discussion will include:

  • Produce a day-by-day manual (in soft and hard copy) for annual operations of ALL, to include links to documents, e-mail templates, schedule samples, etc.
  • Enforce goal of minimum two weeks advance notice for parents of any leaguewide or team event.
  • Assign responsibility for keeping board members apprised of upcoming tasks.

The committee is chaired by Secretary Julie Hoskin and will include President Adam Balutis.
