The Budget & Finance Committee will review past spending, assets, and shortfalls and create a detailed plan for spending and fundraising in 2012. Specific tasks and questions for discussion will include:
- Review 2010-2011 Budget and related documents for successes and shortcomings.
- Create a detailed 2011-2012 Budget for proposal to and approval of the full Board of Directors.
- Propose a philosophy to guide the league on how much should be raised and maintained “on hand.”
- Expand sponsorship and fundraising efforts.
The committee is chaired by Treasurer John Ralyea, and will include Sponsorship & Fundraising Chair Shirley Brothwell.
